Growing up in a chaotic inner-city environment taught me early that structure was not optional. It was how you survived.
Before I had language for strategy or operations, I learned to navigate ambiguity, read what was happening beneath the surface, and recognize the patterns people could feel before they could fully name. That instinct became the throughline of my Chief of Staff and operating career.
For the last decade, I've worked alongside founders, CEOs, and executive teams inside high growth startups and enterprise organizations.
