About Inscite

Built to find what others miss.

I spent a decade operating inside high-growth startups — as a Chief of Staff, Head of People, and senior operator working directly alongside founders and CEOs navigating scale, complexity, and organizational change. I have been in the rooms where the expensive decisions get made. I have watched organizations built on conviction and talent quietly erode because the foundational infrastructure was never built to carry the weight of growth.

What I kept seeing was the same pattern: the most damaging problems were never the loudest ones. They were the hidden dynamics — misaligned leadership, unclear decision-making authority, operating systems that stopped scaling, accountability structures that existed in theory but not in practice — compounding beneath the surface until growth slowed, trust eroded, or the business became harder to lead than it should have been. Most founders were solving the wrong problem. The real one was always deeper.

That realization became the foundation for Inscite Advisory. I built it to do the thing I had spent a decade learning how to do — find what's actually breaking before it becomes the reason the company loses ground, and build the structure required to correct it. Not a report. Not a framework deck. The actual work, embedded alongside leadership, until the change is real.

Inscite Advisory works with founders navigating inflection points — rapid scale, leadership transition, organizational complexity, or the early stages of building something that needs to last. The work spans organizational diagnostics, embedded advisory, strategic founder partnership, and foundational infrastructure. I work across product, operations, marketing, and sales — acting as the connective tissue between teams, leadership, and execution.

Who it's for

Founders who sense something is off — and organizations ready to do something about it.

Early-stage founders
Building from zero and want the right infrastructure from the start — before costly mistakes compound. Seed through Series A.
Scaling organizations
Growing fast but feeling execution friction, leadership misalignment, or organizational complexity that wasn't there before. Series A through C.
Founders in transition
Navigating a restructure, leadership change, or strategic pivot and need a trusted thought partner embedded alongside them.
Teams that need connective tissue
Product, ops, marketing, and sales moving in different directions — or a leadership team that isn't aligned on what good looks like.
How I work

A method, not a template.

  1. 01
    Listen and understand
Every engagement starts with a real conversation — about what the founder is experiencing, what the organization is carrying, and what has and hasn't been tried. No assumptions. No off-the-shelf frameworks. We start where you are.
  2. 02
    Diagnose the real problem
I go beneath the surface — into the organizational dynamics, leadership patterns, and operational gaps that are actually driving the friction. Most founders are solving the wrong problem. I find the right one.
  3. 03
    Build what's missing
I don't hand you a report and leave. I build the systems, structures, and rhythms the organization needs — the frameworks, the operating cadence, the people infrastructure, the clarity. The actual work.
  4. 04
    Partner through execution
Strategy without execution changes nothing. I stay embedded alongside leadership through the execution — coaching, adjusting, holding the line — until the change is real and the organization can carry it forward on its own.
Where we typically help

What engagements include.

Goal frameworks and operating cadence
OKRs, KPIs, quarterly planning rhythms, and the decision-making structure that turns priorities into execution across teams.
People infrastructure and org design
Hiring architecture, performance systems, compensation structures, and the organizational design to support healthy scale.
Leadership alignment and communication
Surfacing misalignment before it becomes expensive — clarifying decision rights, leadership dynamics, and the communication systems that keep organizations coherent under pressure.
Cross-functional execution support
Acting as connective tissue across product, operations, marketing, and sales — identifying where execution breaks down between teams and building the systems to correct it.
Founder advisory and thought partnership
A trusted senior voice who has seen the best and the worst — available to help founders think through their most consequential decisions. Key hires, restructures, board preparation, and the moments too important to navigate without a sharper outside perspective.
Organizational diagnostics
Structured assessment of the hidden operational and leadership dynamics impacting growth — surfaces the real problems and delivers a clear, prioritized correction plan.
Frequently asked

Common questions.

What industries do you work in?
Primarily technology, SaaS, ecommerce, AI, media, and creator economy. The industry matters less than the organizational challenge. If you are a founder-led company between 15 and 200 people navigating scale, friction, or transition, reach out and we will assess fit directly.
How quickly can you start?
Most engagements begin within one to three weeks depending on scope, organizational urgency, and availability. For time-sensitive situations — a leadership gap, an imminent restructure, a critical decision — sooner is often possible.
What does an engagement actually look like?
It depends on where you are. A Foundational Infrastructure engagement scopes the systems your organization needs and builds them — typically 30 to 60 days. An Organizational Diagnostic is a structured 30-day assessment that surfaces what is actually driving friction and delivers a prioritized correction plan. An Embedded Executive Advisory engagement is ongoing, with regular founder access, leadership team touchpoints, and embedded support through a defined period of growth or transition. A Strategic Counsel retainer is lighter-touch — retained access for key decisions, board preparation, and high-stakes moments. Every engagement starts with a discovery conversation.
Do you work with companies that already have a Head of People or Chief of Staff?
Yes — and it is often more effective that way. Inscite works alongside existing leadership, not in place of it. The work complements and sharpens internal teams rather than replacing them. I partner with existing leadership to align their work, surface what is harder to see from the inside, and strengthen the overall function.
What size companies do you work with?
Primarily 15 to 200 employees — early enough to build the right foundation before problems compound, mature enough to have real organizational complexity worth addressing. Stage matters more than headcount. Seed through Series C is the primary range.

Tarol Jackson

Growing up in an inner-city environment taught me early how to read what was happening beneath the surface. Before I had the language for strategy, operations, or organizational design, I understood that the most important dynamics were often the ones nobody was naming out loud. I learned to navigate ambiguity, create structure where there was none, and recognize the quiet patterns shaping outcomes before they became obvious.

That instinct became the throughline of my career. For the last decade, I've worked alongside founders, CEOs, and executive teams inside high-growth organizations, helping them move through moments of pressure, transition, complexity, and scale. I've seen how often the real issue inside a company is not the loudest problem in the room. It is the unseen pattern underneath it.

That is the foundation of Inscite. The most expensive problems inside a company are rarely the loudest ones. I find them, diagnose what is actually driving them, and build the structure required to correct them.

I work with honesty, clarity, and directness. I protect the business. I protect the founder's time, energy, and decision-making capacity. And I act as a genuine thought partner — not from the outside looking in, but embedded in the work itself. Inscite exists for founders who need more than advice. They need someone who can see the full picture, name what matters, and help turn complexity into clear, executable direction.
