I spent a decade operating inside high-growth startups — as a Chief of Staff, Head of People, and senior operator working directly alongside founders and CEOs navigating scale, complexity, and organizational change. I have been in the rooms where the expensive decisions get made. I have watched organizations built on conviction and talent quietly erode because the foundational infrastructure was never built to carry the weight of growth.
What I kept seeing was the same pattern: the most damaging problems were never the loudest ones. They were the hidden dynamics — misaligned leadership, unclear decision-making authority, operating systems that stopped scaling, accountability structures that existed in theory but not in practice — compounding beneath the surface until growth slowed, trust eroded, or the business became harder to lead than it should have been. Most founders were solving the wrong problem. The real one was always deeper.
That realization became the foundation for Inscite Advisory. I built it to do the thing I had spent a decade learning how to do — find what's actually breaking before it becomes the reason the company loses ground, and build the structure required to correct it. Not a report. Not a framework deck. The actual work, embedded alongside leadership, until the change is real.
Inscite Advisory works with founders navigating inflection points — rapid scale, leadership transition, organizational complexity, or the early stages of building something that needs to last. The work spans organizational diagnostics, embedded advisory, strategic founder partnership, and foundational infrastructure. I work across product, operations, marketing, and sales — acting as the connective tissue between teams, leadership, and execution.
